"That thing should never see the light of day again. And yet you let it walk among you?" - Old Adversary
~~::Burn by Jake Daniels::~~
~~::Burn by Jake Daniels::~~
Each day, he fought for his own life as defending champion. The Longnecks had received their prize fighter as Centaurs, Merfolk, and even other dragons had attempted to fell him. Spectators came from different cultures around the globe for one thing they all knew well, violence and entertainment. "Greetings flora and fauna!" The corvid ringmaster suspended above the cage shouts with a full belted caw. Below him stood an extremely large cockatrice with scars that spoke of his winnings. Dripping in blood around its, wing, the crowd roars. "We have our main tiered champion for today, but will he be able to stand up to THE BEAST?" And almost as if they've done it before, the crowd begins to chant and bellow. Their champion stands in front of them, but the true champion lays beyond the skull and chain laden bars. Chanting begins to rise and fall with each chain that is released from the bars by a smaller looking calico cat. The crowd roared and roared as they left the last chain dead bolted from above. The crowd dwindled down in excitement as each and every creature held their tongue. Some had even sat on the edge of their seat, begging for the last chain to drop. Inch by inch, bit by bit, the chain dead bolt began to rise. Tensions grew, some newcomers had (More info here aobut the fight almost coming to an end) "STOP" a voice from the agape crowd turns towards a single extremely large Guardian atop the back row, accompanied by a crimson Ridgeback. "This is NONSENSE. Such a creature deserves to see the BATTLEFIELD, not sit in some CAGE, WASTING ITS PROWESS." Jaws hit the floor. Who would dare speak up to the Ringmaster in such a way? Who had dared to question him. (I mean some had. Note the "had") The Corvid spoke. "I do wish for you to stay quiet. You're disturbing the guests we have today? I'm sure you wouldn't want to disappoint them?" He sways his claw towards the crowd, fully expecting them to back him up. But each eyes were glued on her massive figure as she swiftly glided down to the quary. Her powerful claws landed perfectly perched upon the cage. (More here on release?) Personality: Kaiju is gruff. Not the best kind of talker. Well, any kind of talker really. The wraps are trying to keep his figure more dragon-like, rather than a massive glopping monster. HIs mouth extends all the way back to the base of the neck, and pustules filled with a toxic sludge are around his back. He fights for Coalbringer's cause once he can. Most of his days are spent in the upper swamp sulking and protecting the hoard from above. Mostly kept as one of the gate keepers of the flatlands. Granted he waits for the day he can maul Coal's enemies. It's the one thing he yearns for. The one thing that keeps him going is the blood spilled from Coal's enemies, or the dream of that at the very least. |
