Young and brash, Axial is a dynasty case. The daughter of a very successful private detective, Kuwae and Arcturus a celebrated criminal defense attorney, Axial has always had a powerful interest in crime, law and justice. Born Fire unlike both her parents, she makes up for in the raw passion with which she pursues justice, decisive action and a very sharp mind what she desperately lacks in humility and temperance. More than anything she wants to live up to her parents successes and make them proud of her, though if asked she would insist she simply wants to be true to her bloodline and succeed for her own sake and the more impersonal pride of her clan. She especially looks up to her mother, who spent more time in the field actually doing battle with the wicked, but is closer to her father.

She studies law at a small university in Fire Territory with aims to enter the Police Academy, but her tendency to let gut instinct and personal wrath towards criminals clouds her judgement and makes her question if the path of a lawkeeper is suited for someone as easily frustrated by bureaucracy but also tempered judgement.

She is fiercely proud of her prowess in battle and of her battle scars, often find herself in conflict with her own ethics. She enjoys hunting, winning at games, and debates. She often finds herself butting heads with many of the strong personalities her age in the clan like Tahual, whom she regards as a rival and often fights with--but despite this both have a healthy respect for each other. Her closest friends are Tamar, beautiful, peppy and gregarious and shy Talini.

Like most hatchlings of the LucidDreamer clan young Axial was trained and tested for several arts. She is a poor singer, a bad artist but she showed aptitude for acting and employs this talent when digging around for information on a case.
