Biography

Nobody remembers what Fugue did to get cursed with frozen shackles. It makes her name terribly appropriate. She looks rogueish though, and the shackles make her immune to frostbite! Some old spell on her clothes makes whatever she wears self-maintaining, unfortunately including the shackles, which are suspected to actually bear the enchantment involved.

Fugue has a long history of being 'one of the guys', being a very laid-back dragon. Exemplifying the forgetfulness of the tundra dragons, she doesn't pay a lot of attention to clan social events, but tries to be handy when needed. She gives the impression of having never decided anyone smelled like an enemy, but presumably at some point she did something that got her shackled.
