Linen

.-.-.-.-.-.-.Near the center of the shopping district sits the rather large and impressive bank, run by an imperial lacking his hind legs. He spends a fair amount of operating hours in the lobby boasting of the bank's low rates and how valued his customers are. Often at his side is his guardian wife, Voski, and their daughter, Lisette, both of whom he dotes upon. For all the laughs and smiles he shares with Voski, you can still see the emptiness in his eyes whenever she enters the room. His love for her is a hollow one. Yet he still wears the locket she gave him on their wedding day.

.-.-.-.-.-.-.Outside of the bank you're likely to find him either at the mayor's manor or at The Gilded Scale, taking part in events and games of poker. Despite his profession he doesn't shy away from a tempting bit of gambling, whether it be on cards or a drunken brawl that has just broken out. Linen appears to have a keen eye for winning odds and rarely loses a wager. Owning the bank seems to be his one saving grace from being exiled, as many whisper insults at his passing due to his serpentine way of movement. Some claim he was born without back legs, others say they were ripped from him because he crossed the wrong dragon.

x	Voski - Wife .-.-.-.-.Linen settled for second best when he married Voski, not that he would ever say such a thing out loud. What love he did have for her waned when she began to grieve their lack of a child. Some of his feelings have returned since Lisette came into their lives.

x	Lisette - Daughter .-.-.-.-.Linen doesn't remember her hatch date, or even an egg ever being present in their home, and yet deep down he feels some sort of paternal connection to little Lisette. Another part is uneasy whenever she stares at him with those golden eyes.

x	Aranka - Mistress .-.-.-.-.He doesn't go to The Gilded Scale just to enjoy the atmosphere. Linen knows Voski's heart would be broken if she ever found out about his time spent with Aranka, but he can't bring himself to break things off.

x	Vix - Heart's Desire .-.-.-.-.An unrequited love. For Linen it was love at first sight. He doesn't even notice the contempt in the mayor's eyes when she looks at him, nor does he mind when her own brutish husband forces his way between them.
