H I S T O R Y

______ Lightkin comes from a long line of ambassadors. He was the first of his family lineage to ever want to become a Plague ambassador. No one really knows why but he was always fascinated with everything Plague. Whether it was a book about the Plague domain or even just studying about the different species of beastclans there. He always wanted to go, and when it came time for him to choose his flight to become an ambassador for he spoke up clearly for the first time in an authoritative voice. "I want to become an ambassador for the Plague."

______ Although his family was shocked by this, because none of their Light clan had ever said plague before, they accepted his decision and began helping him prepare. Within 2 months time it had been arranged for him to go to a clan where he would have the greatest chance of understanding the plague flight. A clan of fighters and warriors.

______ He set out for his journey early one morning wanting to start his time in the new clan as soon as possible. He flew most of the way, only stopping twice for short breaks, and he reached the lair by sundown. He was too excited to contain himself and went directly to the lair calling out "Is anyone here?"

______ He yelped slightly surprised when a group of six wildclaws came running and greeted him with many replies. A dark green one said"Obviously someones here." A lighter green said excitedly "Are you here to train too?!?" A blue simply looked at him for a moment before turning and calling out "Xenolith! New student!" The others simply said "Hello."

______ "Actually I'm not a stu-" he was cut off by the approach of two dark Coatls. One who spoke up and said "He's not a student, give him space. He will not be sparring with you. He is to be our new ambassador."

______ The other dragons backed up a bit, seeming to have lost interest when they heard he wouldn't be training. "But sir," he said,projecting his voice quite well "I am going to be training. I'm here to learn the plague ways of fighting and survival. So, if you accept me I will be training with you."

______ Xenolith looked at him slightly confused. "Are you sure you can handle it? You're an ambassador, aren't you just supposed to observe?"

______ "Well, under normal circumstances yes sir I would simply observe, but in my case I'm here to learn all about everything the wastes can offer. The fighting styles used here, the different training methods and what better way to learn about being plague than to be trained like one?"

______ Xenolith nodded. "I suppose you are correct, although we are moving quite rapidly through training, as all of my students," he paused for a moment looking over the group that had come to him for training and finished as he turned back towards Lightkin "are far above what you will be. Since they have been training longer I do not expect you to hold up my training but I expect you to try. If you can not keep up you will be dropped and I won't bother training you."

______ Lightkin nodded and said "I'll be fine, sir. I'm a very quick and skilled learner." Little did Lightkin know what he had just gotten himself into.
