Kusare was recruited from a passing light clan as a hatchling. Though she's spent most of her life in the Wastes, Kusare retains some values and ideals from her birth clan. She's considered the voice of reason in the clan, and often fills the role of advisor to the often rash Tyvarie.
Kusare maintains a calm, passive demeanor most of the time, valuing the pursuit of knowledge of the neighboring Arcanites and the study of the past of Light dragons. Her goals might seem at odds with the rougher, survivalist focused clan Tyvarie heads, but even the basic mechanics behind the alien ecosystem of the Scarred Wasteland are of endless fascination to this aspirant scholar. Neighboring Arcane's intermittent tradeposts also allow the flow of magic-altered and tainted relics through Plague's borders and into Kusare's hands.
She doesn't appreciate the reckless methods of Zyrithl, preferring a more methodical take on what is usually volatile magical research, but the two of them collaborate often, sharing results and theories if not workspaces.
