CC-1a

As the first creation of Bebop and Rocksteady, this robot is emotionally unstable. It feels every emotion intensely, making it overreact even to the smallest deeds. It is very aware of this flaw and highly sensitive about it, confronting questions and mocking with violence. This action seems to discourage fleshy beings from further enquiries. It is often plagued with doubts if its acquaintances actually respect it, leading it to often abandon them to move elsewhere.

It does not seem to favor any type of job over another. It displays the same curiosity and excitement with everything it ever tries.

CC-1a is capable of absorbing lightning strikes or creating it from its own chest. When requiring it being able to 'pull' it from its chest and hold it for a short period before having to discharge it. CC-1a can also store it inside its arm, the back of its hand glowing light blue when occupied with it.




History

It was created in order to seek out Station 234-b and if successful, inform Bebop and Rocksteady of its location so they could return home. However, Bebop didn't program them to consider the above as their one and primary goal, instead having them be curious of the land above the ground and instructing them to explore its wonders. Bebop also experimented with creating their personality, as it never had the opportunity to try and make themself an 'offspring' before.

It speaks in beeps and clicks, but with patience and science it can learn to talk in different languages. This unit has an inscription on its back reading 'CC-1a'.
