Those that study under him shall never fall

It wasn't a long trip that brought the Pearlcatcher to the frozen landscape that oddly felt more like home than the warmth of the Viridian Labyrinth.
He happened upon a small clan with a ironically smaller Guardian as its leader. The calm dragon let him just wander in and settle next to him, watching the young dragons play and train in the fields.
And yet, something seemed off that the Pearlcatcher just couldn't put his claw on. After a few days of watching and waiting, the answer came to him in the form of a very empty lair. When pressing the calm Guardian, he easily gave up answers. Frozen Fox had turned into a clan that supported and trained young dragons on their way to serve the Icewarden. Some dragons stayed for awhile, but none ever stayed permanently.
Beringar decided then and there to make the clan his home, and on the same claw, become a trainer for those on their journey.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, a fiesty and cold Skydancer trailed in after him, rather intent on making his life both unbearable, yet blessed.

Hugh Beringar: Oh, gladly! And I'll drink to your better success, against all opponents but Hugh Beringar.
