Personality
To put it simply, Switchblade is a cold-hearted killer who takes a genuine delight in death. Some say he's Death in a dragon's body, but that's not true. He's just good at his job.
He speaks minimally, preferring action to talk.
Background
Ironically, Switchblade hatched in a Light clan, one that valued knowledge above all else. He would have become a scholar if a Shadow clan hadn't murdered the entire clan one night, abducting him and smuggling him to their lair. There, he was trained in the art of killing, raised into a world of blood and pain. He took to it easily, and quickly became a formidable foe, a notable assassin in the clan. He became the head assassin after a year or two, and maintains that position today.

Switchblade still has light clan habits. Often after a good kill he'll relax in his lair with a good book, usually a trophy from his assasination. He always takes a book from his victims. He'll read the words he knows they probably did too and revile in the knowledge that he is the one still around to study them.
