Shy and timid are the first two words that come to mind, when one thinks of Astrelle. Fitting for her mystic nature, she is also very secretive, as well as introverted. While it may take a long time to get her to feel safe around you, once she does, she is a kind soul, who will be there for you if you need her. She's easy to scare, and incredibly fragile. Astrelle has a special ability, unique to her; she can see future events in prophetic visions, however the future events are always disasters and tragedies. This has lead to her issues with keeping happy, or facing anxiety, however her position as a mystic aids her in coping with these visions. When they do happen, she's quick to use her wisdom to interpret them, in a way that the clan can benefit from. | ............................ |

Much is vague about this fae's past, but one thing is certain: she wants to make up for it as much as she can in the Cyclamen clan. Originally, she came from a shadow clan, that acted more as a tribe than anything. It was common for the dragons of this clan to have special abilities concerning prophetic visions, but it was this young fae's variant of it that shocked her clan. They thought it was her young imagination running wild at first, however they were soon deadly wrong, as her prophetic vision came true, leaving the tribe torn apart. In their state of dispair, they turned their anger towards the fae who had seen visions of disaster, blaming her for having caused such tragedy. Those she had called friends her entire life looked upon her with vicious, predator-like eyes, and lacked any of the warmth which she was used to. Her entire clan snarled and screamed at her, naming her the "tragedy child", before violently exiling her from the clan. Homeless and confused, the fae wandered the world, trying to settle in with new clans, but every clan feared her after just a day of her living with them. She was exiled time and time again, her spirit breaking more each and every time. Soon, her spirit broke completely, and she lost her will to keep searching, so she curled into a ball in an unfamiliar territory, wishing for a sleep that would wake her to something happy. When she awoke, that was what she found. A mute fae was consoling her, and observing her, whilst many other dragons scurried about, yelling that they had to make sure she was healed. She was confused, and asked the fae why he was not afraid of her, and she was informed by some other dragons near him that he didn't see reason to fear her. She warned him with her story, backing off in fear, unsure of what else to do. He was unfazed, and told her that he didn't believe her abilities were cause of the bad happenings, but that they were a positive thing; a warning so those who will soon face tragedy can prepare, and overcome. The young fae was shocked at him. For once, in a very very long time, someone could look at her without fear or rage. Someone didn't blame her for her abilities. She was so shocked, that in her dazed state, she asked to stay in the clan, which she was informed that she had already been accepted into the clan by the leader. She vowed to aid her new clan with her abilities, dawning the role of a mystic. She had found her true happiness, and she knew this was where her bright future was. How did she know? Well, because she didn't see it coming. |
