Look upon this venerable wyrm, borne of the blood of the Lightweaver's first brood, resplendent and terrible.

Once a young and ambitious Commander, she lives now as a retired Magister, an ancient being hiding secrets none could hope to guess. Her mind and teeth are honed, and despite having handed off her title to her successors, first Johann and him to Karakoram, she is an active participant in the Hunt.

This Hunt formed around her, you see- her and her oldest compatriots, her of Light and them of Wind. She has been here since the inception and her legacy will surround them long past her end.

2014 BIO
One of the Clan's three Warriors. Along with Evgeni and Cabeswater, Irina helps to protect and maintain prosperity in the Clan. Irina is the Commander of the Warriors, and as such is second in command to the Matriarch herself, Ryuko. Irina was the first to join the Clan Ryuko started up, and they are close friends with deep trust in one another. Irina is calculating, but not cruel. She puts a heavy focus on appearance, though for a different reason than one might expect. Irina believes that when a dragon lives up to their innate potential for beauty, like the brightly colored creatures in the wild, they can use this as a warning sign, and a testament to their own strength. In battle she is calm and focused, easily giving orders on where and when Evgeni and Cabeswater should attack. She's intelligent and reads many books on tactics. Her main focus in life is dedication to the Warriors, and believes she should not get in permanent relationships in case she one day dies in the line of service. She believes it would be unfair to any potential lover- as such, she's really only had flings. While she has had children, only Farlan remains.

Irina focused on her duties as a Warrior, and her relationship with her children is slightly strained because of this. They have never known their father and raised themselves, and now are having children of their own.

Irina's Dreameater causes speculation among her Clanmates. They often wonder and murmur at the things she's done in battle, if she needs a Dreameater to sleep by her side. Irina is talented with words, however, and with her powerful and confident speeches to the Clan, they rally and strengthen in times of doubt. For all the world, Irina could be the Matriarch.[/s]
