Julera could be described as having a one-track mind for all things scientific. She's a fact checker and she loves to study the life around her, especially the inner workings of magic. A firm believer that magic is just science you do not know, Julera is determined to debunk and explain these aspects her fellow clan members call magic. She treats this subject from a very scientific perspective, trying to remain objective as best she can, but she can tend to go overboard when dealing with alchemy and finds herself constantly having to hold back Obsidian, who studies the scientific properties of magic to an offensive degree. Julera is his better half in this regard and helps keep him in check when dealing with the other mages. Additionally, Julera is blind, and was born as such. She doesn't feel like she is missing out on much but won't hesitate to make others feel awkward about her affliction for personal amusement. Her humor is dry and so it is often missed, but she finds it amusing nevertheless, and really, that's the only thing that matters.
