Phase

-Many cycles ago, she was an accomplished astronomer. However, she grew tired of the academic drama and retired to a place she thought would be peaceful; a little nowhere town in what is now the Emperor's Wake.

-She's one of the clan's oldest members, and has stuck with Jandus' people through every major move. Maybe she didn't grow tired of academic drama after all?

-Cynical, a little mean. Likes to make jokes at the expense of others.

-A very observant person, well-rounded. Her specialty has always been astronomy and celestial magics, but she's very interested in the Beastclans the clan has come across on their journeys. Sometimes she'll pull the clan's warriors into trouble so she can linger longer in one area, but she knows they would never leave her unprotected. She'll go across enemy lines, meticulously chart possible archeological sites, insist on setting up observatories in one place...

-There's a lot of smart dragons in the clan who have a lot of special interests; the most clever will convince Phase to take an interest in what they're studying so they can have her help. Phase has a way of getting what she wants and makes an excellent ally... and a massive headache for the administrators in charge of logistics.

-Small but assertive. Knows her worth. Scheming. Not afraid to be underhanded but would never hurt an ally or betray the clan.

Familiar: Month. A Bluemoon Aviar, one of the most understudied beastclan species. He's a very quiet thing and he doesn't seem to speak the common tongue, though Aviars are perfectly capable of it. Phase says she found him somewhere; but Month doesn't remember anything.
