The Top Chef in Wind Flight with a whirlwind talent in the kitchen, Chef Noodles makes cooking look like a breeze!

She started baking cookies with her Nana--Gingersnaps that are still her favorite food ever. Growing up, she followed the Cook around the kitchen, the garden, gathering trips, and hunting runs. When other dragons visited, or she was able to travel to other lairs, she sought out the best recipes and put them in her tome. She now has the best recipe collection around.

She was soon cooking meals in the Lair and catering events in nearby lairs, until she discovered Chef School. She was sponsored by the many cooks she had made friends with, graduated with Top Honors. Then came many competitions, the published cooking tomes and scrolls, and product endorsements. Chef Noodles has made a real name for herself! She also has excellent knife skills and whacks a mean iron skillet.

Some say she has cooked for Windsinger himself, though she modestly denies the claim.

Ingredients

2 cups spinach (washed, dried, remove stems)
½ tsp salt
2 large beaten eggs
2 Tbsp butter
2 3⁄4 cups flour
1⁄3 cup water
1⁄4 cup flour extra

1. Toss about 2 cups washed and dried spinach and salt in blender and chop fine.
2. In large bowl, add flour and make a deep well in the middle.
3. Add beaten eggs, margarine, and spinach mix.
4. Mix the flour into the well of wet stuff, then add some water as needed. Keep mixing. Get your claws in it! If too wet, add flour, too dry, add water. Knead the dough until smooth.
5. Once you have a large smooth ball, cover and rest dough about 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Grab a quarter of the dough and roll out on a floured board to about 1/8 inch thick and cut your noodles with a pizza cutter or knife in ½ inch strips. Or use a pasta machine if you have one.
7. Dry the noodles. Then store in an airtight container. Cook by dropping into boiling water for a few minutes, start testing for doneness at about 3 minutes. Drain and add fresh pesto or garlic and butter! Maybe some fresh basil and tomatoes!
