Tyra Farborgn

Tyra is not native to the clan, she simply turned up one day, a quiet shadow. Though silent in actions and words, Tyra excelled in basic training, and soon graduated to becoming a full warrior under Jarmath, the clan's War Leader. If a battle comes, Tyra will be ready to fight.
As a side passion, Tyra also took on training with Nightstalker. They were quite alike in colors of fur and scales, and Tyra learned the art of spying and sneaking though shadows as quickly as anything else she did.

After many months of lessons, Nightstalker became quite affectionate toward her. He tried to coerce her into nesting with him. Tyra panicked, and fled, straight into Jarmath. He told Nightstalker off for not listening to Tyra's wishes, and sent him away in disgrace. Tyra was quite relived - until Jarmath started making advances towards her, too. Unlike Nightstalker, there was no one to tell Jarmath off. Tyra may have been skilled in fighting, but Jarmath was by far the best, and she laid a single egg the next time the moon turned full.

Their daughter Hirini was a sweet little hatchling, though not particularly beautiful, and Tyra almost forgave Jarmath. Almost. Nightstalker, however, was quite put out, and he and Jarmath got in an enormous fight, which almost destroyed a section of the lair. Jarmath won the fight, to his great pride, and immediately turned on to Tyra again. Just like last time, there was no one to tell him off, and once again, Tyra was forced to bear eggs she had not wanted.

Once again, she raised her hatchlings, and once again, Jarmath came to her as soon as she was in heat. But this time she made sure she was in a public area, and did not go anywhere Jarmath could follow. Except she forgot about Nightstalker, and ended up in a place where he could go, if not Jarmath.

Tyra remains trapped in an endless cycle, stuck in between the two males. She accepts her fate for what it is. She raises her hatchlings, tends her eggs, and goes with whatever male finds her most interesting at the moment. Someday, she hopes she will break free. But for now, she is trapped, like a bird without wings.

Nightstalker has left the clan, and so has half of Tyra's problems. She lives solely with Jarmath now. Over the years, she has grown to love him, and see his good side, that fierce devotion through which he earned the name Wolf, the ferocity with which he defends what he sees as his own. Yes, love it may be, but even one who loves cannot stand her lover all the time, so Tyra often spends her days conversing with gentle Beirgen, and her nights only with Jarmath. With Beirgen, she often saw her apprentice, the Mirror Sange. Over time, she began noticing him more often, standing to one side during battles with the enemies she had found for the Mirror Pack. They began to talk, more and more often, and eventually, Tyra found herself falling in love with him. Though fearful of what Jarmath would think, after she laid Sange three eggs, she approached him, and they spoke. To her delight, he had mellowed over the years, and while sad at the thought of losing her as a mate, was willing to let her go.

Tyra lives with the Mirror pack now, as their spy and Sange's mate. She could not be happier.
