Ramirez originally hails from Clan Silvite, an isolated clan in the Viridian Labrynth who mastered the arts of healing and unhealing, effectively giving them control over a soul's life or death. He's arguably the strongest mage alive in their school, met or perhaps surpassed only by his younger sister, and is certainly their most powerful swordsdragon.

Or he was, until he disowned them.

He was sent out into the world to bring back spell components for something which would, as the Silvites saw it, purge the world of the corruption of modern dragons and beastkind. But his experiences outside of Silvite lands drove him to align himself with a powerful dragon of Clan Valua, and only the intervention of his sister and her friends stopped him from unleashing the weapon on all of Sornieth when his mentor was killed.

As of now, his whereabouts are unknown.

However, there are rumours of white ghosts in shredded Valuan uniforms haunting a certain island near the place where he made his final stand. They are tatter-winged and bedraggled, forever slipping away into the island's Second Age ruins before anyone can get a good look. The locals mostly avoid it: not only is it haunted, there is very little food and not much drinkable water, certainly not enough to make it worth the effort navigating there.
