Biography

Lilandra
Librarian and Tinkerer

NboNcOy.png

Lilandra is a lone little Fae with a very big goal: collect every sub-species dragon on Sornieth!

She lives in her large workshop and lair high above on one of the islands of Hoverview Vale of the Starfall Isles, never leaving unless it's to search out some dragons.

Acquiring an Altus Pearl: It took a considerable amount of convincing to get the Altus Pearl to leave his familial clan, but Lilandra's collection goal stuck in his mind and he simply needed to see if she would succeed. He also believed she couldn't do it without him.

Amassing Ancient Cartographers: Lilandra felt a group of Ancient Cartographers would be immensely helpful mapping out the various places she went and would go. She wanted each type of cartographer, of course, not only to complete her collection but she felt each would bring their own expertise to mapping. (Of course, she would go on to learn that just because they were called cartographers didn't mean they actually were map-makers.) The Ancient Cartographers were happy to join Lilandra in such a safe and magical place that was the Starfall Isles, where they could keep busy and sustain themselves without too much exertion.

Achieving some Aurum Automatons: It took weeks of searching and scouring the heart of the Sunbeam Ruins but not without reward. It was an Imperial Aurum Automaton that she found on guard duty. A little tinkering and she got the impossibly bright Imperial to follower her home. Over a year after finding the Imperial, and quite a bit of work on her part Lilandra finally got her Coatl!

Attaining Avatars: Have not been found yet.

Bringing in the Beacon Fae: Lilandra couldn't believe she found one! After her first search, she came home disappointed. A few days later, Lilandra decided to try again, however futile she felt it would be. And there, among a group of similarly-coloured Faes, were the illusive Beacon Fae! The one she convinced to come with her would be very helpful keeping everyone safe with their light high up on Focal Point.

Backlogging Beastkin - Dunhoof Emissaries: Of all the Beastkins, finding and convincing the six Dunhoof Emissaries to join the little Fae at her workshop were the easiest. They would all be helpful in establishing trade relations with each of their respective Dunhoof herds.

Booking the Bibliophiles: Have not been found yet.

Buying the Brightwings: Brightwings were so abundant in Sornieth that it didn't take Lilandra long to find two that were willing to come back with her to her workshop. They were hard workers and, collectively, had vast knowledge in chemical and electrical workings that helped immensely in and around her workshop.

Capturing the Chromata:

Collecting the Collector: Lilandra considered, at first, a pair of Collectors but ultimately decided against it; imagining two silent, self-absorbed giants that may not even get along was too much for her small self to handle.

Backlogging Beastkin - Harpykin: Oh, boy. Harpykin were not the kindest dragons in Sornieth. Lilandra figured she'd be nursing the scratches she suffered in the fight for at least a week. But after the tussel, two of the Harpykin seemed to respect the fight she put up and willingly came home with her.

Backlogging Beastkin - Longkin: It was another long trip around the Starfall Isles AND all the way to the Shifting Expanse, trying to find the stomping grounds of the Longkin. She didn't have to wait long before coming across a rather nice Longkin healer who didn't mind a change of scenery and a Longkin fighter to both join her.

Backlogging Beastkin - Marenkin: Lilandra had to travel farther than she ever had to so far, all the way to Fishspine Reef. She first spotted something breaking the tops of the waves and she thought it was just her eyes but it turned out to be Ondine. The water-born Imperial was scouting with some Maren who kept themselves hidden under the water while they spoke. To bring Ondine back to the workshop, the little Fae had to make a deal with the Maren that she not only would let Ondine go back home if ever the Maren needed her but to also send along other dragons to help in whatever way they could. It was a steep order, as she didn't want to cause any friction between herself and other dragon factions, but she really wanted her collection complete. That was more important to her than anything.

Backlogging Beastkin - Serthkin: Lilandra couldn't believe she found a Serthkin right at her own front door, so to speak. The Starfall Isles isn't the usual home of the Serthis but some knots do make their way into the Starwood Strand from the Scarred Wasteland. Manasa reluctantly told Lilandra where to find more of her kind.
