▄Caryo was once a Fey, but was transformed long after the Clan was established when a healing attempt by Vage went wrong.

▄When free-spirited Euryl was granted the right to create her own small flight, he was assigned to be her consort. Upon reaching the marshlands they now call home, Euryl immediately left to explore, leaving him to cultivate the land. New recruits were sent to him, and he sired his first clutch with Belleza shortly after her arrival. Euryl returned with a new consort - Inhrih - which suited Caryo just fine.He is now the Denkeeper of the Brumeborne Clan, and takes personal care of each hatchling, loving them all until they must go their way.

▄His Nestmate is Calibei, Euryl's brother. Caryo prefers to keep to the ground to watch over the hatchlings. He has an unnamed daughter who was exalted before the fledgling flight understood what it meant. He leaves tributes to her daily, and wonders which name she has now been given.
