A young wanderer who once tried to stop an instance of injustice, only to be punished for interfering and for the lengths he went to. Since then, he's been branded as a criminal and turned from nearly every clan and city he's approached. After finally seeing himself out of The Ashfall Waste and wandering the harsh landscape of Lightning's Shifting Expanse, the tired skydancer fell in an exhausted heap. It wasn't too long before the local establishment's foragers discovered him and quickly carried him back to safety. The leaders of ArcLight accept nearly every dragon that turns up on their doorstep, barring those who seek to harm them. Thus, their newest guest was welcomed without incident and offered both a permanent home and a new name, should he want them. So they picked up the art of coffee-making -- something the clan's engineers and scientists always need -- and chose no given name, preferring a completely blank slate. Others will often cycle names in and out for him, which is something that he doesn't particularly mind. Unbeknownst to most, he still holds a burning desire to punish those who do wrong. Those who commit silent crimes within ArcLight don't go unnoticed by his sharp eyes, and when they're eventually exiled, he's usually the cause behind it. If there's evidence to dig up, he'll most certainly find it. *I use Akira as his name because of the manga preceding the anime's naming of our protag.

Crime teen indeed. I love this Joker fandragon! This character's got a very iconic Aesthetic and you pretty much nailed his look. He's even got Morgana!
