Celara

Celara is very shy and sweet, with occasional deep, unremitting sadness. Her best friend is Skald, and he helps her when she is at her lowest. Celara is very timid, often refraining from battling or speaking up because of her nervousness. She loves to watch (and fly under) the stars. After hatching one brood with Salome, Celara has chosen to remain mates with Nereid, and in their shyness, they stand up for each other and love deeply and sweetly.

Celara's familiar chose her, despite the fact that she is not an arcane dragon. The Enchanting Goblin is rather mysterious and quiet, and Celara was frustrated for awhile because she didn't understand why they would pick her if only to remain unspeaking and enigmatic. However, Celara has grown to care deeply for her familiar and to understand their understated way of helping and expression love for her.

Celara's personal maternal quality and her experience with motherhood makes her one of the two primary babysitters in the clan. She cares for all of the young in the clan when their parents are off, and she has become an adoptive mother to all those who were rescued from the Auction Houses at a young age or left their clans as hatchlings.
