If you're ever down in the dumps, just go and visit Kaipo. Kaipo embraces everything about the sweetness of cotton candy--the light fluffiness of it, how sweet it is on the tongue, and the joy it brings to sweet lovers everywhere. Kaipo adores his job, and loves to spread the joy around, selling his cotton candy to those that show interest. Being a Wind Dragon, he uses his own Wind magic to make his cotton candy creations. He can use any color, any flavor, and come up with a sweet master piece. And he's always free to give hugs out afterwards, though watch out--Kaipo does get quite sticky, when he makes cotton candy.

While Kaipo loves everyone, and is willing to share his sweet cotton candy with everyone he comes across, if you're a cute male, he'll shower you with sweets, and candied words. If he gives you the largest piece of cotton candy on a stick, out of everyone else, he's interested. Kaipo can act childish at times, but he knows when to be serious, and when to act like he's a hatchling again. No matter where he goes, Kaipo always carries around the sweet smell of cotton candy on him. Even after a bath, the scent still clings to his body. At least the stickiness doesn't remain.
