Trick or Treat '16 wrote:
Azazel made his way into your clans territory. He had been traveling for days, making his way through forests, swamps and deserts, all the while being kept company by his gloomwillow guide, Nyx. She is a curious creature, luminescent and bubbly. Her happy humming and head strong personality kept the old, wise dragon feeling young and fresh. He's a very quiet dragon, only speaking when he feels it is absolutely necessary. He feels that his time is better spent listening and observing rather than talking. The days of travel were taking a toll on him, but he knew he needed to keep pushing and moving. 'For the good of the clan,' he kept telling himself in his head. Each time he repeated the mantra in his head he felt a burst of determination.
Just as he was about to stop for the night he saw a light in distance. Azazel looked up at his companion, giving her a sly smile. "I guess we have finally made it to our first clan," he said quietly, adjusting the staff over his wing and puffing out his chest. He proudly made his way towards the warm light. The pair rounded a corner and found themselves face to face with a warm dragon clan. Azazel made his way to the nearest clearing, before announcing, "my name is Azazel, high mage and explorer for the Sanctuary, having traveled from the heart of the Sunbeam Ruins on the outskirts of the Hewn City". He cleared his chest, preparing himself for the worst but hoping for the best. "In this time of harvest, I have been sent by my clan on a mission of gathering and giving. As passed on to me by my clan's high priestess, I was told the chant 'trick or treat' should be used to show our good will and intentions," he uttered awkwardly.
He puffed up his chest again, feelings of warmth and excitement filling him up inside, looking forward to socializing with new clans and spreading the luck of the harvest.
