Blessed By the Plaguebringer: The priestess has read the bones and sees immense power. This child has a connection with their deity so strong that it is nearly unheard of. They will be able to conjure terrifying magic and strength, and will certainly live out a blessed life. 		Born on the edge of the Scarred Wasteland and the Sea of A Thousand Currents, Valdis is something special. Trained to harness all that is Plague and all that is Water, Valdis has power over life and death that few else could dream of.


Valdis uses her power to call out to the dead, and breath new life in them. Thus far, Valdis has not brought anyone back from the dead whole, but that is not an accident. It is by design. Valdis has no interest in using her powers to better all of dragonkind. Tragic stories do not tug at her heart strings.


Her interest is strength and experimentation. Valdis has long since learned that death does not have to be final. Instead, it can be a starting point. It can create new life. Valdis has learned death can reveal powers in dragons and other beasts that they never had while alive. Magics they could have never dreamed of spring to life after their death. Strength blooms after their bodies were laid to rest.

Valdis longs to learn more. She searches Sornieth, looking for those who would be worthy to be murdered by her, and then brought back to life even more sublime than they once were.
