Scarlet lost it all to the beastclans. Her home, her territory, her family. Her history. All gone. And she, the sole survivor, the sole warrior cowardly enough to run away. The action saved her life, and murdered her honor.

Filled with shame and regret, the wildclaw ran. She kept on the move, trying to prove her worth, yet too cowardly to join another clan. They did not deserve her, an honorless and cowardly warrior. Or so she told herself.

Scarlet was moving through the Tanglewood when she found Estella. Or, rather, Estella found her - right in the middle of a fight. The mirror aided briefly, and their paths separated. Until the next morning, when Scarlet woke to find her rescuer sitting nearby. The wildclaw ran. And the next morning, the same thing occurred. The cycle repeated for two more days, until she finally forced herself to ask what Estella wanted.

Her answer wasn’t what Scarlet expected.

Flat-out refusal was her first answer. Yet Estella stayed on her tail for nearly a week, asking over and over. Apparently the leader saw something in Scarlet, because she would not take ‘no’ for an answer.

In the end, Scarlet was forced to relent.

She is not, and likely will never be, the most open clanmate. She is solitary by nature and keeps others at an arm’s length, focused intently on aiding the clan through fighting. When asked, she never reveals more than a “desire to gain back lost honor”. How, exactly, she plans to do this is anyone’s guess - but there is no doubt that Scarlet is a fearsome enemy. And, given time, she may even become a loyal friend.
