Monrith is the last of the Nephilim triplets and the one who does not fit perfectly into the realm of black magic and white magic like his sisters. In personality, he is calm but serious and very self-sufficient. He takes to all of his tasks in a very goal oriented way and has problems thinking about his work in any other way. This leads him to frustration when something he wants to be done remains unfinished by his own lack of creativity. Despite this, if someone points out a way to do it he can copy it and add it to the ever-expanding list of ways to complete tasks he has.

When he is not working he has a hard time focusing and eventually gets stir crazy because of his own mind. So he is always doing something to keep his dark thoughts away. Unlike his sisters who hold onto one type of magic, he has to fight with both of them waging war in his mind. Knowing his mind is weak makes him twice as paranoid by the shade taking over his already fractured mind. Since his own mother had the same thing happen to her when she was young.

When he was a hatchling he was told about the deaths attributed to his mother's wayward corpse. The one named Prism the one who caused his birth clan move to their current home. While this was a long time before he was born it still causes him a great deal of worry. Because of how he was told he now fears his mother too. He thinks the shade is still after her though he knows his mother's mind is stronger than anyone else's. He also knows Prism is under the lair in the temple's Catacombs causing him, even more, fear.

This fear has in fact made him flee the lair as quickly as he can to any place that is completely shade free. Unfortunately, he does not know there are very few places that are completely free of the shades infuance. All things aside this is ironic because he actively manipulates shadows with his dark form. He is able to bend darkness to his will by moving light to chase the shadows into a new place.
