Thyra may look intimidating, but she is very kind to those who wish to befriend her. As part of her nature, Thyra is very protective of others. She helps Raja keep watch of the clan and its members. She ensures that everyone is safe and that all dragons play nice. Her and Raja make a strong power couple within the clan and Raja makes sure that everyone knows that Thyra is to be as respected as her. Thyra's patience makes up for Raja's impatience, creating a balance. Thyra is one of the few dragons that is able to calm Raja down.

Thyra's familiar is Karn. He was an anniversary gift from Raja and assists Thyra in her duties as second-in-command. He also helps Thyra in battle if necessary.
