A powerful young prophet, Cloudwhisper saw Frozenblossom's rise to power far before it happened, and, ironically enough, was the one who allowed it to progress. She now functions as the clan's head seer, overseeing all prophetic activities and being treated like a princess.

Her main interest is being fawned over by other clan members, preferring it to more mundane activities such as flight and studying. In particular, she is most interested in Bramblesong's advances, even though Frozenblossom strictly disapproves.

While Starlight sees dark times coming for the clan, Cloudwhisper laughs it off with a simple "Well, maybe bad times for you, if you don't keep up with the your duties I can see you slacking off on." (He typically grumbles, but in no way denies she's correct.)

As of recent times, more often than not, she seems to be unusually on edge, and has even been seen discussing the coming 'dark times' with Starlight, though if it's serious or not is yet to be determined.
