B I O G R A P H Y
Curious to a fault, Nauka spends most of her time experimenting, mixing chemicals and ingredients together - often to disastrous results. Most days she can be found engrossed in her works at the workbench she dragged with her when she first joined ((CLAN NAME)), often with soot from the most recent failure smeared across her muzzle and little embers still fizzling out in the edges of her mane. When it comes to other members of her clan, she tends to keep her distance; her incessant questioning occasionally gets on the nerves of those around her. She doesn't ever understand why anyone is annoyed with her; after all, she's just curious! However, most dragons who encounter her find they develop a soft spot for Nauka fairly quickly - after all, it's hard to be frustrated with someone who views the world in a state of constant wonder.

B I O G R A P H Y
From the moment she was hatched, Nauka was interested in the world around her. Her curiosity isn't just limited to the chemical world - all of Sornieth is interesting to her, and the laws of nature most fascinating. She's tried her claws at everything, from engineering in the Shifting Expanse to biology in the Scarred Wasteland to magical composition in the Starfall Isles. She's been heard to boast that there's not a corner of Sornieth she hasn't seen, and though she's settled down now, there are still days and weeks where she'll go off on her own, returning with armloads of ingredients for her experiments. These various items are usually dumped in a heap near her workbench, and can range in value from absolutely worthless to beyond priceless. All of it is the same to her - anything can be a component, and how else is she going to learn how things react if she doesn't test absolutely everyting together?

B I O G R A P H Y
The amount of traveling she's done has left Nauka with an almost uncanny ability to fight her way through enemy territory (beastclan and dragon alike), though she certainly doesn't think there's anything special about her combat abilities. She insists that it's just that she knows how to survive, and anyone who was as interested in science as she is would have done the same. After all, it's a long trek from ((CLAN LOCATION)) to the Trading Post where Baldin maintains his cauldrons, and that's where she spends much of her time, learning alchemy under the tutelage of the old bogsneak like so many other dragons of Sornieth. The talent she has in the battlefield is made even more impressive by her eyes: long ago, one of her earliest experiments quite literally blew up in her face, leaving her partially blind. She often hides her milky eyes behind goggles or glasses or both, in order to keep other dragons from asking too many questions. She's sure that, with enough training, she'll figure out a way to correct the problem - and someday her sight will return in full. It's a well-kept secret for the young dragon, and she plans on keeping it that way.
