The Masked Prophet. The Bringer of Peace. Magic Incarnate.

He goes by many titles, but most simply call him Raptor Jesus, or RJ. He rarely speaks, choosing to have his second in command Devoted speak for him.

A cult has sprung up around Raptor Jesus, each hoping to hear the prophetic proclamations of the elder dragon. The Cult teaches of hope, magic, and possibilities. Besides Devoted and RJ, the primary leader of the Cult is the mirror dragon Rasputin.

Rasputin has been seen speaking separately to members of the cult, and RJ and Devoted fear a coming schism.
