By summoning spirits, he is able to predict the future more precisely than most, as well as perform a host of other strange curses.

About

Rampa is an extremely reclusive Coatl who acts as a Shaman for the Clan but prefers to be left alone. He gives dragons the ability to see others who have been exalted to serve the gods, and can give visions that predict the appearance of future offspring or future changes in a particular dragon's appearance. He offers charms of protection, luck, strength, healing, and countless others. His powers come from channeling spirits and communicating directly with the Icewarden and, at times, the other gods. His familiar is a sluggish Sunsea Pseudo named Pommus who sleeps more often than not.

His continual contact with spirits has badly disfigured his face, so he wears a lion's head to ward them away and hide. The only dragon whom he allows to see his face is his mate, Yahela. It is something of a game among the Clan's hatchlings to dare each other to visit his den, though all of the dragons come to appreciate his services at one point or another. He does not hold grudges, and though he will cast curses upon request, he does not turn away needy dragons, even if they have wronged him in the past.

His most prized possession is a mysterious relief which he claims is a gift from the gods, and his favorite food is Rose Pixie.

His former familiars include a Silver Ferret called Vesper.
