B I O G R A P H Y

As The Clan of Drifting Icecaps began to grow, Amadeus realized he could use a few dragons from other flights to help keep the peace amongst his and other territories. Jericho was the elected representative for the Wind Flight. As representative, the dragon must evoke and uphold the unique parts of their flight. These dragons may also serve as priests for their deity in the clan and pass on or teach the ideals to other dragons in a respectful manner. If the current representative decides to retire or leave the clan, a new one will be chosen.

Jericho is a pureblood Imperial who originates from the Windswept Plateau. When his parents and their previous clan left the Plateau for the shelter of The Shifting Expanse he and his young siblings all went their separate ways. Though he never knew his fathers name he was able to receive word that they had arrived to their new home and his mother had left the clan to serve the Stormcatcher.

The lack of parental influence did not affect Jericho greatly. Instead, he took on traits of his birth flight, carefree and adventurous. Jericho has traveled far and wide on the breezes created by the Windsinger. His past trade was exchanging scrolls and stories with clans that he passed by. Despite his love of fancy jewels and elaborate decor he is quite humble and welcoming. Jericho is always happy to chat.

H I S T O R Y

The imperial crouched in the scroll room, his tail draped daintily over his decorated back as his claws gently unraveled scroll after scroll. This was his solace, reading. His ears twitched as he heard voices from outside the room.

"The History of Sornieth: The Third Age? Which version? I don't know if you should go with the Arcane one, it's biased. No -! I just mean -. Look I'll just grab both, okay?"

That was his daughters voice.

Now, he and Cheshire were not very close. Since Jerchio had grown up without his parents he did not feel the need to baby his own hatchling. And the mother, well.. Nici preferred to keep to herself. Besides, their species was known to feel natural disdain for each other.

The pearlcatcher slunk into her room, her bright blue scales were loud against the drab walls. She faltered a bit at the sight of her father. "Hi, dad." Cheshire said, her expression blank.

"Afternoon, Cheshire!" He responded with a cheery smile. Her body became less tense and she even smiled back at him. "Are you here to read as well? I found the most fascinating scroll on Snapper migrations outside of Dragonhome." He turned the unfurled scroll around so she could see.

She politely shook her head, "No, but thanks. Dyce is doing some research and needs history scrolls."

"Yes, I heard. The Third Age? Which variation?" He craned his neck and looked over the history shelf. Each flight has their own versions of history and many more variations between those.

"Starfell Isle's and Dragonhome's variations, please." The pearlcatcher fiddled with her scarf as he reached over and plucked a small pile of scroll from the wall. With one hand he dropped them into her arms, perfectly stacked. Cheshire looked over the scrolls and then beamed up at her estranged father, "Thanks, Jericho! Happy tales."

"Happy tales to you too." He responded with a charming grin as she rushed out of the room, calling for the scribe. Yes, she was certainly his daughter.
