Nobody knows where the Diamonds are getting all these "Pearls", but it's seriously scaring the original Pearl.

Blue Pearl is Blue Diamond's personal slave servant, just like Yellow Pearl //spits on ground// is for Yellow Diamond. She's her only clique member besides Lapis.

She's very shy, very quiet, and her feathers are styled in a way that covers her eyes. She never speaks, mostly, unless it's to whisper something in Blue Diamond's ear. While YP and YD are top trash together, screaming at Peridot and kicking trees all while laughing madly, Blue Pearl and her superior are much more refined and spend their time together in deep thought.

She appears to care a lot about animals. Even though her pet isn't really considered one, she treats it like her child. She spends a lot of her time grooming its feathers, and some dragons think that she's closer to that thing than anyone, really. It looks a lot better than Ice Cap's, who has been infested with silverfish more than enough times.

Some clan members get disturbed watching her angrily peck out and eat silverfish from its wings and then complain about the dragon who gave the pests to it. (Probably Yellow Pearl.)
