Clan Caedis Mining Division: Smelting Specialist
Hebeto is the dragon responsible for smelting and purifying the metal ores hauled up out of the rock beneath Clan Caedis, preparing them so that they are ready for use by artisans and coiners. Despite his small size, he is a powerful reservoir of fire, capable of heating even very strong metals into white-glowing liquid. When not busy in the smelting cavern, Hebeto takes trips down to the lower caverns where the miners are at work, to visit Certaba and Aeris. Often, he brings food and drinks. He is a empathetic and emotional dragon, although most visitors to the refinery would not describe him as such. Aeris and Certaba, who have put effort into learning fae body language, know otherwise.
