Pumila sits on the edge, dangling from words.
He sits between letters, finds out what they truly mean,
instead of taking them as a whole like everyone else does.
He traces the letters, one by one, and learns
their secrets, lost deep in personal thought.
Are the words freeing him? Or is he encaptured
between the words?


When Sigil mentions how time seems to be different here,
he brushes her off. Surely someone else would have noticed?
But the longer he stays the more he notices his tea seems to hover
at the perfect temperature for too long,
that the clouds circle lazily,
as if the air itself is unsure where to go.
