Biography

Quote:
...Multiple studies and applications have indicated that crystalline structures may be uniquely suited to the storage of magical energies, as well as information or even thought thus reprocessed into tangible energy (as per studies 667,889, 1020). Further, an advanced case of gembond symptoms has been known to mimic, if only on a temporary basis, these same crystalline structures in concentrated areas. We postulate that a modified strain of the onyx cobra's venom, properly applied, may be able to induce this phenomenon on a permanent basis and over larger areas...

An extension of the living archive projects fine-tuned on subjects such as Imperious, Tyrest would be quick to suggest that 'the Legislator', as this former dragon has been dubbed, is the ultimate application of Chro's work in the field. The Legislator acts as a living archive of the laws of Clan Delphi, and of the records of the application of that law, constantly modifying and adapting the record in accordance with individual cases and extensions and exemptions; instantly compiling and restructuring the information in accordance with the clan's needs. While the removal of a need for written record that must be manually searched and updated by the clan's archivists--especially in the case of sensitive information--could be argued a good thing, many arguments have been made by a great many dragons against the use of the creature.

Of course, all hearings on the matter are held by Xaaron's sector of the Rulings and Ethics Council. And it was Xaaron who first commissioned the Legislator's creation. Rather than accept the accusations that Xaaron is making an attempt to consolidate control of law and justice in the clan solely in his own jurisdiction, Xaaron has already commissioned Chro for further dragons to be modified into Legislators to increase the effectiveness of the Clan's rapidly expanding legal system.
