Nabkha: A sand dune that forms around vegetation (such as Yucca or Orache).

Travelling scholar. Calm, adaptable, and open-minded, Nab ventures where many dare not go in pursuit of knowledge. At ease in most any environment, lack, or abundance of company, Nab is a natural conversationalist and an even better listener.

Despite being pair-bonded with Caliper, the two are rarely together due to the nature of their chosen professions. Still, they keep in contact at least once per lunar cycle, sending small journals, musings, and trinkets back and forth via bat or starling. To the outside eye their relationship might look more like a deep friendship than a gushing romance but they're not fussed with others' judgements; perfectly content to do their own things their own ways so long as there's breath to be drawn.
