Meera is as silent as falling snowflakes. She can't tell anything about herself, even her name was the thing Gabriel found out, reading her mind over and over. Meera is always calm, always smiling insensibly, never trying to approach anyone. For a long time dragons supposed Meera being mute, but then, not without Gabriel's help again, they found out about her vow of silence. She would never show what happened, what obliged her to start this. Meera keeps silence not only physically, but also mentally, making it almost impossible to read her mind even for such a powerful espers as Gabriel or Hidemind. She never answers their mental questions, just smiles quietly, keeping her secrets away and hiding her soul from everybody. However, even she enjoys little things like observing birds and warming in a gentle morning light.
