Now, in the tradition of letting the newest Magelets choose from the hatchlings, Neiko appeared before the offered dragons to see who might add to the lair's prosperity.
And there she chanced upon SuperNate, son of Arxis and of Prixi. His good temper and beautiful disposition and coloring would not let Neiko rest until she had petitioned Natakiro for custody. And with grace, Natakiro granted the request and thus SuperNate was brought into the clan of Neiko of the Lesser Lair of Crystalspire Reaches.
And Roo, son of clan Neiko declared him worth of the name SuperNate. For Nate derives from Nathan, meaning gift. And Roo said he was a super gift.
And thus did SuperNate appear before the Progenitors, according to custom and swear before them to protect nest, hatchling and lair as he was able.
