Saarebas's heavy welding mask is held down by the locked chains of his wing plates. Saarebas has the key. He refuses to use it. Because of his refusal to remove to mask, no one in the clan has ever seen his face, or heard him spoke. Saarebas lets his work speak for itself -- he forges weapons and welds machinery for the clan to use and to sell using fire magic, which he uses adeptly. Though most of the clan avoid him out of nervousness, Contagion has taken quite the liking to him, forming a friendship that transcends the need for the spoken word.
