B I O G R A P H Y


______ Power sits at his claw tips. It runs through his veins. It eats at his mind. And yet, he casts it away. Fear of himself, of what he can do, curbs his desire for power.

______ Suriya was born into a clan of power hungry dragons. All with great magical abilities, their favorite past time was conquering surrounding clans. Be they beast or dragon, they preserved their victory by trapping their defeated foes in stone. None could stand against the clan. For their hearts were as unfeeling as the rock their enemies always became. No other could match their power and brutality.

______ But Suriya always felt differently. He could not find it in him to attack those who did not deserve it. Nor could he find any pleasure in the fear forever immortalized in the stone statues of those who had fallen. Suriya was just as powerful as they, but somehow his heart was not as rock hard. He felt and he knew. This was wrong.

______ He knew he could not hope to stand against the clan himself. In the dead of night, he created a tunnel through the earth and ran. He has never looked back, but he cannot stop the fear that beats in his heart.
