Tourterelle is an impassioned, if not talented, cook. She was self-taught until Dicentroe decided to pick her up as his apprentice. He was appalled by her DIY methods and rather creative solutions to problems in the kitchens when he began to teach her. She has since learned many new skills and techniques, all without losing her natural moxie.

While she can be a little sharp and short in the kitchen when she's away from her work Tourterelle is a very sweet kid. She empathizes with others and makes friends easily, most likely due to her caring personality. She loves to bake for her friends, always ready with a treat in hand to cheer anyone up. The only time she tends to snap is when she's incredibly tired or in the middle of cooking something.
