Leading the Blizzard Nomad's scouting team are a pair of nocturnes. They ensure that all scouting parties are out on time and the information collected is accurate and distributed to the correct dragons within the clan. They work so seamlessly together that many have been fooled into thinking the two dragons are actually the same until a closer look.

Quisaadi excels at keeping all of the scouts under his command in check, either by boosting moral with an impromptu celebration at an exceptional find or chiding a dragon he finds slacking in their job. One thing is sure about his crew of Nocturnes though, they are all fiercely loyal to their leaders and known to be one of the most efficient teams in the area at turning up treasures from the seemingly endless fields of ice and snow.
