his element is shadow (I'm pretty sure anyways???)

he, uh, has 3 nicknames (all given to him by jay): "king of cruelty", "doer of destruction", and "captain of chaos"
(maybe he has more but those are the three I remember)

his brother is sensei wu

he has a wife, misako, and together they had a son: lloyd

there was this whole love triangle between misako, garmadon, and wu and wu wrote this letter and was gonna give it to misako but garmadon's sensei, chen, intercepted it and kinda sorta forced garmadon to sign it so he (garmadon) won misako in the end and somehow wu didn't catch on id k

he's the main villain of season 2 and a side villain for season 1 I guess?? also in the pilot he's trapped in the underworld but escapes via the golden weapons after samukai turns into a portal or some crap like that I don't know how that worked okay

after the final battle (in which he was possessed by the overlord and turned into an ACTUAL DRAGON ((no I did not base this dragon off of that one what are you talking about (((no seriously this time that was a complete accident I swear))) )) ) garmadon was reformed and basically "every ounce of venom was gone" in the words of misako and basically he's on the good side now for season 3 and 4 and even became a sensei of peace

he sacrifices himself at the end of season 4 (like zane did in season 3 aHAHAHA please kill me-) to get rid of the fake anacondrai created by chen to save basically all of ninjago

he re-appeared in season 5 in the preminent when lloyd went there and then after he shared a few words with his son garmadon was officially dead BUT they hinted that garmadon may be returning at sdcc this year SO-
