Cheery, bubbly, and a bit forgetful, Cas is in charge of the city's celebrations. While she normally is in charge of the monthly festivals that take place all over Sorienth, she also helps in creating ceremonies for the city itself, such as certain astronomical events and birthdays. During a Sorienth holiday, Cas will gather all citizens from the flight in question and, along with the city, spends the week celebrating them and their culture. When not in a festival, Cas is busy planning it, gathering the necessary items and drawing up banners. Unfortunately, she is also very airheaded and can often forget the most important thing while fussing over a small detail. Nonetheless, she always pulls through for the festivals and is loved for all that she gives to the community.
