An abomination of a god created by a crazed mortal, Bell fell from the clouds as if birthed from the stormy sky. Being banished to this world has given him a MUCH smaller vessel in which he often complains about, hardly being able to make use of his power without destroying himself.
After decimating a castle and its inhabitants, he took roost in its towers, hiding away from the rest of the world. From his blood is born a sickly plague that slowly creeps across the castle in the form of fleshy tendrils and sinew, absorbing energy from the earth to give to its slumbering master and turning the castle into a twisted fortress.
After many years, several dragons and other beings have slowly began to reside within the macabre castle and its grounds. The residents of this flight gain boons and demonic blessings from his leaking power, gaining immunity to the zombifying and deadly effects of the crawling, bloody substance which creeps across the area.
Also when I draw him he looks like he's been hit by several trucks.
