Kane

Kane is probably even more anti-social than Eirwen and prefers to be left alone, growling at any dragon that bothers him. Hatchlings give him a wide berth. The only other dragon he seems to be able to tolerate is Eirwen. The two share long periods of silence together.

The birth of their children has made things awkward and uncomfortable between Kane and Eirwen as Kane detests hatchlings and Eirwen has no true desire to be a mother. Thankfully, the hatchlings have all left the lair, though Kane now pointedly avoids Eirwen. He is truly alone with her absence and spends his time brooding in his quarters.

Kane keeps his true nature a secret from the rest of the clan. Though he cloaks himself in an illusion at all times, Kane is not an ordinary Imperial. In actuality, he is a Kitsune, a Trickster Yako, though he doesn't play tricks for fear of exposing himself. His magic hides seven tails, paws, and thick, dark fur. His jewel glows the same color as his eyes.
