Deimos

Deimos was always a bit of an outcast in his clan, for he lacked the brilliant colors of his Lightning kin and his massive size made it impossible for him to keep up with their agile, swift attacks. Left behind more often than not, he spent his time dwelling alone in an empty lair, watching the storms rage across Stormcatcher's lands.

One night a particularly ferocious storm was raging and within it he saw, silhouetted against the lightning, a Guardian like himself. She did not ride the air currents as the smaller dragons did; she powered through them, pitting her strength against the wind's fury, wild as the storm itself.

Deimos was captivated. Unable to focus on his clan, he soon left them and sought out that wild, storm-dark Guardian. He found and courted her, becoming her consort and partner in battle. She taught him to conquer the storm in his heart and now his massive size is not a liability but his greatest strength, for few enemies would dare test their mettle against Dread Deimos when he rises in full battle fury.
