______ Nearly as free-spirited as her brother Chobani, Blackberry, nicknamed "BB", is a whirlwind of a fae. Extremely social and kind-hearted, Blackberry would greet every dragon and hatchling in her clan every morning, regardless if they returned the gesture. She isn't afraid of taking risks or making mistakes, and does every task with all the effort she can muster, usually acting as wing-man to her brother. But these siblings have their differences; Blackberry is much more fascinated by the different flights and each one's individual strengths. Her hope is that maybe she'll be able to experience that, or at least meet/bond someone who has.

______ Together the young Chobani and Blackberry were sent to the Purple Dreamers' clan, Chobani to show off his potential as a warrior and Blackberry to meet new dragons from other flights. Where Chobani proved himself a fine warrior and battlemage rather quickly, Blackberry was more content to take on a more peaceful role where she could interact with her new clanmates more often, often being the one to travel to the trading post to buy gifts and necessities, and always keen to plan and organize for celebrations. The siblings Laini and Torin, firstborn children of Lady Aliana, were quick to welcome them and help them get settled in, and the four quickly became fast friends and playmates. Though Torin seemed to grow snippy and rude as the four grew into adults (especially with his animosity towards his father), Blackberry was determined to keep their friendship alive, and always greeted him with cheerful hellos and brought him little gifts to cheer him up. Her kindness and persistence deeply touched Torin's heart, and it wasn't long before their bond grew from friendship into love.
