Murk was always the odd one out among his sisters. While Aether was poised to follow in their mother's footsteps, spreading disease and poison, and sibling was plotting to take over the world, Murk was always just... there. He loved his mother, and wanted to follow in her footsteps, but he didn't have the skill or desire to kill and infect other dragons. His mother's disapproval hurts him more than any poison, but everything he does ends in failure. The only person who is even proud of him is Samael, since he seems to only ever make things grow and thrive, the opposite of what he was taught to do.
