Rhiannon Nguyen graduated the top of her class in the Police Academy, with an incredible talent in tech-based operations and busts. However, her attitude towards justice didn't always coincide with the law. She'd take things into her own hands outside peer purview, which landed her in trouble more often than not. It only took one mistake.

After being released from her position in the police force, she disappeared. What took her place was a rouge vigilante that prowled the streets at night and took justice into her own hands outside the confines of the law named Noblesse.

Noblesse became a hero to the common man, and a bane to both law enforcement and criminals alike. Her computer skills coupled with a real-world superhero act led Schwartz Industries to contract her for "business abroad." Though she refuses to do anything against her morale for Schwartz, she works under the condition that she be able to continue her unique brand of justice. S.I. offered no resistance to her demands.
